All rights reserved by developers to make any changes in the plan,elevations, specifications or any other details will be binding to all.
Maintenance charges, stamp duty, registration, service tax, G.E.B. charges, legal charges shall be borne by the purchaser separately.
Any additional charges or duties levied by the government or local authority during or after completion of the scheme shall be borne by the purchasers.

This brochure is not a legal document and must not be treated as part of any contract or agreement. It is just for easy understanding of the project.
